The roleAs a Partner Success Specialist, you'll work side-by-side with our Partner Account Managers and collaborate closely with the wider Commercial team to drive impact from day one.
Following the sign-up of the Partner, the core objective of the Partner Success Specialist is to drive significant revenue growth by maximising product adoption, and therefore user growth, within our Partners across the Nordics & Europe. This involves empowering partners to achieve their strategic business goals through the full utilisation of our solution. The key is to cultivate strong relationships, build product expertise, and serve as the primary product liaison within the Partner, particularly post-launch.
Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with our Business Unit Manager, partners and customers, providing product knowledge and support.
- Work with the Partner Account Managers (PAMs): in partnership with the PAMs you'll grow the relationship with our Partners to achieve business milestones, both for the Partner and for Findity.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and initiatives that specifically address the needs of large-scale, international operations to facilitate broader and deeper product adoption.
- Provide ongoing, targeted product training to various teams (sales, support, onboarding etc) with a focus on how effective product use translates to revenue growth.
- Orchestrate the deployment of new features, integrations, and other product enhancements, tailored to the specific needs of the Partner.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a tech-focused role like partner success, product, or similar.
- Product and technical knowledge - understanding of ecosystems to inspire confidence, deliver tailored solutions, and demonstrate how adoption drives revenue growth.
- Commercial-oriented mindset focused on driving revenue growth and building profitable relationships, emphasising product adoption as a key driver of that growth.
- Basic understanding of API.
- Understanding of accounting, ERP, and payroll systems.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
Big plus if you have:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (especially accounting or payroll)
- A degree in a tech or business-related field
- A genuine interest in AI
