About the job

Are you truly service minded, and interested in legal work and eager to explore how artificial intelligence can support the legal profession?

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented Paralegal to join our team of approximately 10 lawyers at AL's head office in Lund. In this role, you will not only perform core paralegal duties but also play an active part in improving processes and ways of working. You should be genuinely interested in driving efficiency and excited about leveraging digital tools including AI to support within our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a team of lawyers and export control managers in a legal office, including legal research, drafting documents, presentations and communication.

• Assist lawyers and export control managers in preparing legal documents and managing filings with authorities, e.g. Bolagsverket.

• Manage and organize information and document handling processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

• Assist in the development and implementation of AI tools to streamline legal processes and ways of working, such as contract review and document analysis.

• Collaborate with the legal team to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.

• Managing group legal's calendar, coordinating and preparing meetings.

What you need

• Formal education or experience as a paralegal or similar legal support role

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

• Interest in AI and legal tech; experience with AI tools or digital transformation is a plus

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication

• Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written);
