Overview
We are looking for a
Paid Social Director to join our team and take a leading role in managing one of our largest clients within social media. This is a senior position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with global brands, and has deep expertise in Paid Social strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
As a Paid Social Director, you will:

• Act as the front-end contact person for one of our biggest clients in social media.
• Handle cross-brand initiatives and own the agenda for these projects.
• Take full ownership of Paid Social strategy and execution, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
• Be an expert in budget allocation to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Manage and drive partnerships with key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Lead strategic projects together with our Performance Directors to deliver outstanding results.
• Ensure quality assurance for all activations and campaigns dedicated to your client.
• Work with feed management, including development and execution of processes.
• Utilize Smartly as a mandatory tool for campaign management.
• Demonstrate team leadership skills by supporting, developing, and delegating tasks to Social Managers.
• Handle complex client dialogues and build strong, long-term relationships.

Qualifications
Skills and qualifications required for this position include:

• Academic or relevant post-secondary education in marketing.
• Proven experience in paid social media, whether on the agency or client side.
• A customer-focused approach, ensuring that ad campaigns align with the target audience's needs and interests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, reporting, and team collaboration.
• A natural curiosity to stay updated on social media trends and industry changes.
• The ability to identify issues with ad campaigns and recommend solutions promptly.
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively with a team, clients, and other marketing professionals.
• Proficiency in the Smartly platform is a plus.
