We're now looking for aService Owner for Identity and Directory Services to take technical ownership of our identity, authentication, and access services across on-premises and hybrid environments.

You will be part of a skilled and collaborative technology environment, working closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of our identity and directory services, ensuring secure, stable, and scalable access across on-premises and cloud platforms, while continuously improving our identity capabilities.

What you'll do

• Own and manage our Identity and Directory Services end-to-end, with responsibility for stability, security, and continuous improvement
• Administer and develop Microsoft Active Directory (on-premises) in enterprise environments, including multi-domain forests, user and group management, GPOs, DNS integration, and AD FS
• Monitor directory health, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure auditability and security controls
• Own and evolve Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity architectures
• Ensure robust integration between on-prem Active Directory and Entra ID, including identity synchronization and cloud identity operations
• Design, operate, and improve authentication and federation solutions, including SSO based on SAML and OAuth/OIDC
• Implement and govern identity security controls such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and least-privilege access models
• Drive access reviews and entitlement management to ensure correct access over time
• Ensure compliance with relevant security and data protection standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, balancing secure operations with usability and business needs

What you bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) in large-scale enterprise environments
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity solutions
• Good understanding of modern authentication and federation technologies such as SAML and OAuth/OIDC, and experience with SSO solutions and/or AD FS
• Proven experience with identity security and governance, including MFA, PIM, and least-privilege access
• Background from IAM roles involving design, operation, and continuous improvement of identity platforms
• Experience with access reviews, entitlement management, and regulatory compliance is an advantage
• Relevant Microsoft and identity-focused certifications are highly valued
