As a trusted consultant at Nexer Telescope, you will partner with our customers to strengthen their Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring secure and resilient industrial systems. Your role spans from initial assessment to implementation and continuous improvement, providing expert guidance on cybersecurity strategies tailored to production and manufacturing contexts.

You will work across diverse OT projects, advising on risk management, compliance, and secure architecture while maintaining close communication with stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle.

What you'll do:

Engage with customers from first contact to final delivery, building strong relationships and understanding their operational needs

Advise on OT security best practices, standards (IEC 62443, NIST), and compliance requirements

Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and PLC environments

Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to evaluate security implications and ensure feasibility of solutions

Design and implement secure network architectures for OT environments

Support incident response planning and disaster recovery strategies

Act as a technical and strategic partner, ensuring smooth communication and project progress

Your background:

Proven experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, including risk assessment and mitigation

Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus) and control systems

Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in engaging with manufacturing and production teams to evaluate processes and security requirements

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS Directive)

A consultative mindset with problem-solving skills and customer focus

Knowledge of network segmentation, secure remote access, and monitoring solutions for OT environments
