Role Overview
Parently is looking for ahands-on Junior Operations Specialistto join our growing operations and warehouse team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, fixing and repairing products, and making sure operations run smoothly day to day.

Your main focus will beproduct inspection, repair tasks, packing, fulfillment, quality control, and general warehouse operations.You will also use our IT systems for tracking inventory and managing orders, but the job is primarily practical and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities (Hands-On Focus)
Product Inspection & Quality Control
  • Inspect returned products to assess condition and functionality.
  • Check for damage, wear, and missing parts.
  • Make sure products meet Parently's quality standards before going back into stock.
Repairs & Product Handling
  • Perform basic repairs (e.g., tightening, part replacement, minor fixes).
  • Ideal for someone with experience in bike repair, electronics fixing, mechanical work, or similar.
  • Improve product condition to extend its usable lifetime.
Packing & Fulfillment
  • Prepare outgoing deliveries with care and accuracy.
  • Pack products securely and efficiently.
  • Ensure correct items are sent to the right customers.
Warehouse Operations
  • Organize inventory, shelves, and incoming deliveries.
  • Support stock counts and maintain an orderly workspace.
  • Work with tools, equipment, and warehouse routines.
System Use (Light)
  • Use our Warehouse Management System to update product status, register repairs, and manage stock.
  • Basic IT handling - no academic or advanced system background needed.
Who We're Looking For
  • Someone who enjoys hands-on work and being active during the day.
  • Practical mindset - you like solving problems and fixing things.
  • Experience with bike repairs, hobby repairs, mechanics, tools, or similar work is highly valued.
  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
  • Able to work at least 20 hours per week / 3 days (more if desired).
  • Interest in sustainability, circular products, or second-hand goods is a plus.

No university degree required. Practical experience and motivation matter most.

  • Salary 25,000-30,000 SEK/month (full-time), depending on experience and adjusted for part-time
