We are looking for an Operations Team Lead to join our core operations team in an office-based role.

This position is focused entirely on internal operations - building systems, improving processes, and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role does not involve any hands-on, field-based, or technical work.

You will work closely with senior management and internal teams to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to day-to-day operations, while helping the company scale in a controlled and professional way.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Development

Build, document, and continuously improve internal processes and workflows.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and internal guidelines.

Ensure consistency and operational discipline across teams and workstreams.

Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose improvements.

Systems & Internal Tools

Own and maintain internal operational systems and tools (e.g. task tracking, reporting, documentation).

Ensure data accuracy, structure, and proper usage across the organization.

Support implementation of new tools or improvements to existing systems.

Act as a point of reference for how internal systems and processes should be used.

Cross-Team Coordination

Coordinate activities across internal teams and functions.

Track priorities, deadlines, and dependencies across ongoing initiatives.

Ensure clear ownership, follow-up, and accountability.

Support internal planning and execution for new initiatives or expansions.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare structured internal reports and summaries (weekly/monthly).

Support management with operational insights, documentation, and follow-ups.

Maintain organized records for internal processes, decisions, and documentation.

Support compliance with internal policies and operational standards.

Quality & Governance

Ensure agreed processes are followed and properly documented.

Support the professionalization and scalability of internal operations.

Contribute to a structured, calm, and well-organized working environment.

Assist with internal reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

Experience in operations, project management, or operational coordination.

Strong ability to design, document, and maintain processes.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in your way of working.

Comfortable working with internal systems, documentation, and reporting tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Preferred

Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growing company.

Experience working across multiple teams or countries.

Familiarity with building SOPs, internal playbooks, or operational frameworks.

A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
