ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for an energetic Operations Coordinator, ideally with a background in trailers or a related industry. You'll work closely with our teams across Europe to maintain top-notch service while keeping costs in check.

ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for an energetic Operations Coordinator, ideally with a background in trailers or a related industry. You'll work closely with our teams across Europe to maintain top-notch service while keeping costs in check.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Coordination of maintenance and service on trailers
- Coordination of insurance claims (collecting information, coordination with insurance companies)
- Coordination with depot partners (inventory management)
- Handling of incoming invoices, fines
- General customer service inquiries
- Teamwork and knowledge sharing are key for this role
- Prior experience in administrative roles
- Helping without being asked
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- High work ethic and naturally proactive
- Good humour and curiosity
- English on user level
