Our ARD team plays a vital role in supporting the development of biosimilar medicines through advanced analytical techniques. We are currently hiring for positions in the following areas:

• Physicochemical Analytics: Conventional chemical and physical methods, such as HPLC, electrophoresis. LC-MS, and various spectroscopy methods.
• Particle and Drug Product Analytics: Measurements and analysis of protein and fat particles that can form in drug solutions, as well as various drug product specialized analytics.
• Process Related Impurities: Measurements of impurities that may arise in drug production with living cells and in the subsequent purification, typically Protein A, DNA and various proteins associated with the production cells (HCP).
• Sample Management: Control and handling of all samples coming in and out of ARD. This includes managing laboratory information systems, sample aliquoting, labelling, distribution, and shipping.
• Method Validation strategy and support: Setting method validation strategies. Write and review method validation protocols and reports.

Scope of work:

• Development of new measuring methods for quantitation and characterization.
• Measurements of samples to support drug development, stability, and analytical similarity.
• Method validations and transfer of methods to the QC laboratory.

Key qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in natural sciences or engineering (e.g., biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, chemical/biomedical engineering) or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience: Prior experience in similar roles is a plus but not required. We welcome recent graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Problem-Solving & Initiative: Proactive mindset with the ability to adopt new methods, tackle analytical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of ARD workflows.
• Team-Oriented Work Ethic: Strong communicator and collaborator with a disciplined, organized approach. Thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment, enjoys learning new techniques, and works confidently with complex equipment.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
