As our new Onboarding Consultant for the Danish market, you will bridge the gap between our Workforce Management solution and its real-world application with high-profile customers across retail and hospitality. You will ensure the seamless integration of systems or processes into our customers' existing frameworks. You oversee onboarding projects, take the lead during customer meetings and provide configuration advice tailored to customers' specific needs. As Onboarding Consultant, you handle configuration settings and data uploads throughout each project.
Key responsibilities:
Drive project progress, managing timelines to ensure meeting deadlines of multiple ongoing projects
You convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage customer expectations, and provide training and support throughout the implementation phase
Stay updated on existing and upcoming product features and help improve customer implementation processes
You analyse and improve the customers' business processes: understanding workflow dynamics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency
You provide end-user training based on the database setup and produce handover documentation for our Customer Experience department
Provide documentation of configuration and workflows to customers
Collaborate with the sales team is creating a satisfactory experience for our new customers
You are an ideal fit if you have:
Native level Danish
Technical proficiency: knowledge of software and system integration techniques
Proven project management skills
Experience from the IT industry, preferably SaaS
A relevant university degree or equivalent
An understanding of the workflows in hospitality or retail
Excellent English communication skills
As a person you are:
Result oriented, proactive, and eager to drive projects forward
A good communicator who engages effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
Customer focused
Positive, with a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn
