You will work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Exciting position that concentrates on implementing the agreed Nordic brand strategies and innovations (below the line)
- Being the point of contact between sales and marketing ensuring readiness for each trade window
- Tasks are a varied mix of planning campaigns and launches, financial (monthly analysis and yearly budgeting), promotional, administrative and research responsibilities to understand the changing consumer trends)
- Full responsibility for Nordic Trade Marketing budget
- Manage POS materials (design, storage and execution) with selected external vendors
- Guaranteeing successful product launches by supporting Key Account Managers and Field Sales with materials (trade presentations, POS material, campaign planning)
- Ensuring full 360 execution of Brand plans (POS, Media, execution)
- Reporting to the Head of Nordic Commercial Excellence for the Consumer Brands business unit.
- Relevant degree (for example Bachelor of Business Administration)
- Organized to be able to progress multiple tasks simultaneously
- Enjoy working as part of the team, but can also take the initiative and work independently
- Quick to learning new with a positive mindset and adaptable to change
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and a Nordic Language
- Passionate about building brands and conveying high energy to the team and external customers
