Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionaryMarketing Leadto transform our Aesthetics (AX) marketing department. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in driving change. The successful candidate will lead the reconstruction of the marketing department, establishing a high-performing team, redefining processes, and aligning with global and regional strategies to accelerate brand growth and market leadership. The roles require strategic capabilities and hands-on and pragmatic mentality. The position reports into theCountry Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute short- to mid-term (1-3 years) marketing strategies aligned with global, regional, and local business objectives.
- Define and drive brand portfolio differentiation, ensuring strong consumer and patient engagement while maintaining P&L margin targets.
- Lead forecasting at SKU level, Annual Brand Plans (ABPs), and Launch Readiness Reviews (LRRs) in collaboration with cross-functional department.
- Champion data-driven marketing approaches and analytics to enhance targeting, personalization, and ROI measurement.
Transformation & Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, anticipation and accountability.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- (Re)design internal processes, roles, and ways of working to ensure a future-fit, efficient marketing organization.
- Establish a strong governance culture
- Champion change and lead the organization through the transformation with clarity, resilience, and empathy.
- Drive cross-functional engagement with Medical Affairs and Sales to align marketing with field execution.
Digital & Omnichannel Marketing
- Drive omnichannel marketing strategies, leveraging digital, social media, and e-commerce channels to maximize brand reach.
- Ensure effective localization of global marketing campaigns, optimizing for market-specific needs and customer behaviour.
- Utilize AI, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness and consumer/patient engagement.
Customer-Centric Strategy
- Develop a customer segmentation strategy, ensuring optimal resource allocation across marketing initiatives.
- Co-Lead Key & Corporate Accounts strategy, including direct engagement and relationship-building with key accounts to drive long-term partnerships.
- Oversee cross-functional engagement with Medical Affairs and Sales to align marketing with field execution.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure marketing activities comply with local regulation.
- Partner with regulatory, legal, and medical teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with compliance and industry standards.
Performance & Budget Management
- Own marketing budget allocation and optimization, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand equity, campaign effectiveness, lead conversion and market share growth.
- Drive P&L accountability while ensuring sustainable business growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Economics, Marketing or Communication
- 5 years of experience leading team and transformation management
- 8 -12 years of total experience, min. 5 years of experience in marketing with proven track record of success,
