We are currently looking for aNon-Paint Growth Manager Nordics to join us at one of our facilities in Hisings Kärra (Sweden).

Key responsibilities:

The Non-Paint Growth Manager Nordics is responsible for the strategic development, growth, and profitability of the Non-Paint business in the Scandinavian markets (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). The role covers portfolio strategy, supplier and stakeholder management, sales enablement, and the design and execution of marketing and promotional activities in close cooperation with regional and international teams.

Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
  • Define and roll out the Non-Paint strategy for the Nordic region
  • Optimize the product portfolio in alignment with global teams
  • Evaluate new products and maintain an accurate PIM database
  • Monitor profitability and support sales teams with insights and recommendations

Supplier Partnerships & Internal Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers
  • Collaborate with international Non-Paint stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, webshop teams, and specialist functions

Sales Enablement & Business Development
  • Support the acquisition of new customers with tailored solutions
  • Advise key customers on product selections and innovations
  • Help field sales teams achieve growth targets by providing product, pricing, and promotional guidance

Marketing & Promotional Activities
  • Lead the creation of sales campaigns and marketing concepts for the Nordic region
  • Develop catalogues, digital content, flyers, and communication materials
  • Manage end-to-end seasonal and product-based promotional campaigns

Training & Knowledge Sharing
  • Conduct internal sales training sessions in cooperation with suppliers


Key requirements:
  • Commercial education with technical affinity, or sales-oriented technical profile (e.g., master vehicle painter)
  • Experience with accessories, trade goods, or similar product categories is a plus
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Fluent in English ; native Swedish is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong presentation and product-selling skills
  • Highly organized, committed, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%)
