Nanny with driver’s license for family in Täby

I'm a professional headhunter specialising in VIP nanny placements, and I've been retained by a wonderful family in Täby to find them an exceptional nanny.

The family has four children: a son (6), a daughter (4), and twin boys (1.5) — full of life, curiosity, and personality across every age.

This is a genuine childcare role. The family wants a nanny whose full attention and energy goes to the children. This is not a housekeeping position, and it is not sole charge — both parents work from home and are always present. You will work with a maximum of 2 children at a time.

The family also travels within Sweden and internationally, and welcomes a nanny who is open to joining them.

✅ Who I'm looking for:

• Someone with a genuine, deep love for children and child development

• A pedagogical mindset — you think intentionally about how children learn and grow

• Creative, flexible, and proactive — you bring initiative, not just availability

• Independent and grounded — calm and confident in a busy, lively home

• Valid driver's license (essential)

• Formal childcare background (barnskötare, förskollärare, or equivalent) is a plus

• Strong references (minimum 2, will be verified)

• 3 weekdays: 15:00–20:00
