We are looking for a motivated and hands-on developer with a strong interest in mobile development to join our engineering efforts. You will work primarily on our React Native mobile application, while gradually expanding into backend and full-stack responsibilities as the product and team evolve. Our backend is written in Golang.

This role is well suited for someone who wants to grow with an early-stage company, take increasing technical responsibility over time, and actively contribute to architectural and product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile App Development: Design, implement, and maintain our React Native mobile application.
• Product Development: Collaborate closely with product, medical, and operations teams to translate real user needs into reliable software.
• Full-Stack Contribution: Gradually take on backend and integration work as the platform evolves.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code suitable for a regulated healthcare environment.
• Technical Ownership: Take responsibility for features end-to-end, from implementation to production support.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving development workflows, tooling, and architectural decisions over time.

An Ideal Candidate Has the Following Qualifications

• Mobile Development Experience: Solid experience building mobile applications using React Native.
• Eye for Design: An appreciation for good UI/UX and attention to visual detail.
• Willingness to Learn: An ambitious mindset with a desire to grow into full-stack development.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to reason about trade-offs, edge cases, and system behavior.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
• Collaboration Skills: Able to work closely with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Bonus Points: Experience with backend systems, cloud infrastructure, or regulated domains such as healthcare; professional proficiency in Swedish.
