We're looking for aMobile Network Program and Investment Managerto join us at Telia.

I'mKatherine González, Deployment & Integration Manager, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on building, modernizing, and integrating Sweden's mobile radio network while ensuring efficient and responsible investment management.

What you'll do:

You will have a central role in coordinating mobile network investment programs, ensuring strong financial governance while enabling high-quality network deployment.

· Develop and manage the end-to-end investment budget for mobile network rollout programs, including forecasting, follow-up, and reallocations across business units.

· Create financial decision materials and cost benchmarks to support investments related to hardware, licenses, and network configurations.

· Consult and collaborate with stakeholders across technical, financial, and governance forums to ensure transparent and well-founded investment decisions.

· Drive operational and strategic improvements based on financial analyses, economic KPIs, and monthly outcome follow-ups.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are structured, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership, with the ability to balance financial discipline and operational needs in a complex technical environment.

· Proven experience in investment management, financial controlling, or program management within large-scale infrastructure or technical environments.

· Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budget follow-up, cost analysis, and internal governance processes.

· Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and translate financial insights into clear decision support.

· Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
