We are now recruiting a Media Creative to join Klättermusen.

Since 1975 Klättermusen has been a pioneer in making refined Scandinavian Mountaineering Equipment. Klättermusen is looking for a Media Creative to join our in-house Creative Team in Stockholm. This role is for someone who thinks in moving images. Someone who can shoot, edit, animate and shape short-form content that feels alive, timely and unmistakably Klättermusen.

This is not a traditional campaign role focused on big productions or polished hero moments. The focus is on creating fast, distinctive moving-image content for social media, YouTube, in-store screens, community events and the many in-between moments where the brand shows up.

You'll sit at the intersection of creative, marketing and community, helping translate ideas, products and real-world moments into content that feels elevated, relevant and human.

About the role

You'll be responsible for producing short-form, moving-image content from idea to execution. That includes filming, editing, simple animation, sound and pacing. You'll work closely with designers, copywriters, social media and marketing to turn concepts into content that travels well across platforms without feeling generic or trend-chasing.

The work needs to be culturally aware but never cheap. Fast, but considered. Useful, entertaining, or quietly strange in the right ways.

Your responsibilities will include:

Create short-form video content for social media (particular focus on TikTok and Reels), YouTube and other digital touchpoints

Shoot and edit content in lo-fi, documentary or graphic-led styles depending on the idea

Develop simple motion graphics and animations for social, paid media, website and in-store use

Translate creative direction, product stories and cultural moments into moving-image formats

Capture content during events, activations, retail moments and behind-the-scenes activity

Collaborate closely with copywriters and designers to build cohesive, idea-led content

Work with social and marketing teams to adapt content across platforms and contexts

Maintain a high visual and narrative standard while working fast

Organise and manage footage, edits and exports so content can be reused across channels

How you think:

You understand trends but don't blindly follow them

You know when content should feel raw and when it should feel crafted

You can make something interesting out of very little

You care about pacing, rhythm, sound and emotional tone

You're comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively

You're curious about outdoor culture, people, gear and real-world use

What you bring:

Experience creating short-form video and moving-image content for brands or platforms

Strong skills in filming, editing and basic animation

Confidence working in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and related tools

A visual eye that goes beyond platform trends

Understanding of how content behaves differently across channels

Ability to work fast without losing quality or intention

Comfort capturing content in real environments, not just controlled setups

Strong organisation and file management habits

Nice to have:

Experience working with communities, athletes or cultural spaces

Interest in outdoor activities, technical apparel or gear

Experience adapting content for paid media or retail environments

Sensitivity for sound design, music or rhythm
