Job descriptionBe a part of a dynamic engineering group specializing in planning, workshops, and vehicle testing. Our team operates on a project basis, managing a diverse fleet of vehicles and conducting advanced component adaptation and secure installations. We value an open culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning, with a balanced mix of junior and senior engineers and expertise in areas such as NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness). You will play a key role in hands-on vehicle testing, data-driven improvements, and the development of automated solutions to enhance our processes.
Your Missions
- Perform mechanical testing on vehicles, including measuring signals, flows, temperatures, pressures, and weights
- Process and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights
- Develop automated solutions for data collection and analysis, preferably using AI and machine learning methods
- Participate in Rigs testing to expand test coverage and ensure integrated quality
- Collaborate closely with team members and contribute to an open learning environment, including supporting newer colleagues
- Experience in mechanical testing, measurement, and signal analysis
- Experience in data analysis and handling large datasets
- Proficiency in programming and automation (Python, Matlab, or similar)
- Knowledge of generative AI tools for improving day-to-day productivity
- Experience with Rigs or field testing
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English fluency is required; Swedish proficiency is highly meritorious
- It is beneficial if you are located in Sweden and can start as soon as possible

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
