We are looking for a Mechanical Designer for a global company in Lund. Start is in April, 7-month limited contract to begin with.

About the assignment: The team is responsible for identifying, planning and executing the tasks needed to reach the committed result. Your role as a mechanical designer in the team will focus on design, virtual verification and technical documentation but will also include physical verification, prototyping and administrative tasks.

Example of tasks:

• Create 3D designs in CAD

• Develop, update and release technical documentation

• Prototyping (3D print, order, modify parts)

• Interact with supplier for purchased and drawn parts

• Perform basic virtual verification activities

• Define and conclude physical tests

• Contribute to team planning and communication activities

• Perform technical root cause analysis and risk assessments

Requirement:

• University degree as Mechanical Engineer or similar.

• Some years of experience working as mechanical engineer.

• Fluent in speaking and writing in English.

Meriterious: • Experience working in machine systems with moving parts

• Experience in PTC Creo

• Knowledge in PTC Suite for virtual verification

This is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is in April, 7-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Lund.
