We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with CREO expertise to join our in-house development team focusing on heavy vehicles - are you our next colleague?

As a design engineer with us, you'll be an important part of a dedicated team working on the development of tomorrow's trucks. You'll be responsible for designing within your area of expertise, in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with colleagues and suppliers. The role also includes participating in concept studies, continuous improvements, and supplier communication.

You will be based at our welcoming office in the heart of Lindholmen Science Park - an inspiring location close to innovation, the waterfront, and public transport.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with CREO Parametric

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or similar

  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the heavy vehicle industry (e.g. Volvo, Scania)
  • Experience working with KOLA

  • Genuine interest in technology and product development

  • Familiarity with requirements engineering, agile methodology, JIRA, or project management

You are communicative, collaborative, and easily adapt to new conditions and customer needs. You thrive in dynamic environments, are driven, and are motivated by personal and professional growth.

We value individuals who are solution-oriented, engaged, and bring a positive attitude that contributes to a great team spirit. You enjoy working cross-functionally and have experience doing so.

As a consultant with us, you get the best of both worlds - the opportunity to work across a variety of industries and projects, with the security of a stable employer. We deliver cutting-edge expertise in areas such as Product Development, UX & Design, PLM, Industrial IT, Production Technology, and Project Management.

Assignments take place either at our clients' sites or as in-house projects from our vibrant office in Lindholmen Science Park.

We've had some amazing experiences together - our latest trip took us all the way to South Africa to celebrate our 10th anniversary as a consultancy firm!

Continuous development is important to us. In addition to technical training and new challenges in your projects, we offer internal programs focused on personal growth and leadership.

We also believe that autonomy, involvement, and influence are key to staying motivated and achieving your goals. Many of our employees have chosen us because we share that perspective - not just on careers, but on life in general. For us,who you areis just as important aswhat you do. Our aim is to help you grow and evolve into something great - together with our clients.

We will be on summer break starting from week 28, and the recruitment process will resume in week 33. You are very welcome to submit your application now - we will get back to you as soon as we're back from the holidays.
