About Our Team:

We are part of VNV's planning and workshops group under Tomasz's leadership. Our 15-person team (70% permanent staff, 30% consultants) consists mainly of mechatronics engineers with NVH specialists. We manage approximately 50 vehicles for testing, including older models requiring component adaptation. We perform pre-form testing at Hällered and collaborate with the Rigs team as needed, maintaining an open culture that values knowledge sharing and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical testing on vehicles, measuring signals, flows, temperatures, pressures, and weights
  • Process and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights
  • Develop automated solutions for data collection and analysis, leveraging AI and machine learning methods
  • Participate in Rigs testing to expand test coverage and ensure integrated quality
  • Collaborate closely with team members in an open learning environment
  • Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior colleagues as needed
  • Contribute to transforming manual data processing into automated workflows
Profile Requirement

Required Qualifications:
  • Practical experience in mechanical testing, measurement, and signal analysis
  • Strong experience in data analysis and handling large datasets
  • Programming and automation skills (Python, Matlab, or similar)
  • Experience with vehicle testing or field testing environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with high responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning methods
  • Experience with Rigs testing systems
  • Background in automotive or vehicle testing
  • Mechatronics or mechanical engineering education
  • Experience in test automation and data pipeline development
Technical Environment:
  • Mechanical testing and measurement systems
  • Data analysis tools and platforms
  • Programming languages (Python, Matlab preferred)
  • Vehicle testing protocols and standards
  • Potential AI/ML implementation
  • Rigs testing equipment and methodologies
