We are now looking for a skilled MBB Channel Manager who wants to take ownership of one of our most important growth areas-Milk-Based Beverages-and take our joint business to the next level.As an MBB Channel Manager at Arla, you will have the opportunity to work with Sweden's largest chains in grocery retail and convenience. How you will make an impact
In the role of MBB Channel Manager at Arla, you will have full P&L responsibility and ownership of the business, as well as responsibility for coordinating MBB strategies across field sales, KAM, Customer Development, and Marketing.
Your overarching responsibilities include
- Developing customer strategies and identifying, planning, and securing implementation of activities in line with Arla's growth ambitions that drive category growth for the customer
- Leading and developing the sales team and foster a winning culture
- Developing and building long-term customer relationships to drive profitable growth
- Leading or contributing to complex negotiations at central level
- Being the internal expert within MBB and ensuring team engagement to achieve top customer satisfaction through best-in-class service
- Ensuring information flow regarding sales forecasts, campaigns, news, and assortment changes
- Optimizing assortment, investments, and campaigns considering price, product mix, and volume through Net Revenue Management (NRM)
You will report to the Vice President of Sales, and the position is based in Solna.
What will make you successful
We believe you have approximately 5-7 years of experience in commercial FMCG roles and experience as KAM, Sales Manager, Business Development, or similar within FMCG-preferably food. You have successfully worked with strategic sales and have experience building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Additionally, we believe you
- Can demonstrate strong results from initiatives and execution you have driven at store level and/or centrally
- Are skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Have a strong financial acumen enabling you to drive your P&L
- Have experience turning insights into practical execution, and you work in a structured way with analysis and KPI follow-up
- Have excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite and fluency in both Swedish and English
- Have an academic/higher education at Master's level
