Your role

As a Materials Engineer at LinXole AB, you will have a key role in the development and optimization of organic material-based transport layers for new optoelectronic applications. You will work closely with our R&D team to formulate, test and improve new materials that increase device performance and stability.

Main tasks

Design new materials for ink formulations.

Optimize ink properties for solution-processable applications.

Characterize materials with advanced techniques such as UV-Vis, conductivity measurement and UPS.

Fabricate devices to evaluate the performance of formulated inks in optoelectronic devices.

Ensure scalability and reproducibility of developed inks for industrial applications.

Document the work carefully and contribute to patent applications.

Qualifications & skills

PhD in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering or a related field.

Solid experience in materials chemistry, especially organic and halide perovskite materials.

Knowledge of optoelectronic devices.

Experience with coating techniques is an advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced research environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and high accuracy in work.
