Make your next move matter

Working at Mölnlycke means joining a global, purpose-driven company where digital and data solutions play a key role in enabling safe, efficient, and connected healthcare.

Mölnlycke is building a new, enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) platform to replace fragmented legacy solutions and enable trusted data across ERP, CRM, analytics, and operations globally.

We are now looking for a Master Data Management Tech Lead to take technical ownership of this platform and lead its evolution into a scalable, long-term enterprise capability.

If you're motivated by owning and shaping a core data platform from the ground up, leading technical direction, and creating long-term enterprise value, this is an opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.

In this role you will take technical ownership of Mölnlycke's MDM platform (Profisee) and lead its evolution from initial project delivery into a stable, scalable, enterprise capability.

This is a senior individual contributor role with strong architectural influence, high visibility, and close collaboration across IT, Analytics, and business domains. While the role does not initially include people management, it is expected to evolve over time.

What you'll get

Build a greenfield enterprise MDM capability with strong executive sponsorship

Modern tech stack: Profisee, Snowflake, Azure, SAP S/4HANA

High visibility and global impact across markets and functions

A culture that values ownership, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking

Competitive compensation, benefits, and flexible working options

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

MDM Platform Ownership & Architecture

Own the technical design, configuration, and evolution of the enterprise MDM platform (Profisee)

Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient MDM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture

Define and maintain architectural principles, integration patterns, and technical best practices

Data Modeling & Integration

Lead conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling for master data domains (Customer, Material, Product, Vendor, etc.)

Design and validate data contracts and integrations between Profisee, Snowflake, SAP, CRM, and other enterprise systems

Ensure high-quality match/merge logic, survivorship rules, workflows, and validation frameworks

Delivery & Governance

Drive agile delivery: backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and technical execution

Establish stewardship workflows, governance standards, and data quality controls

Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform sustainability

Collaboration & Leadership

Act as the technical authority for MDM across IT, Analytics, and business stakeholders

Partner closely with Data Engineering, Integration, ERP, CRM, and Analytics teams

Mentor engineers and contribute to building a permanent, high-performing MDM team

What you bring

Must-have

Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM platforms (Profisee preferred; Semarchy, Reltio, Informatica or similar also relevant)

Strong data modeling expertise across master data domains

Experience designing integrations with ERP, CRM, and modern data platforms (e.g. SAP, Snowflake, Azure)

Proven ability to lead technical delivery and take end-to-end ownership

Strong architectural mindset and governance awareness

Nice-to-have

Experience in MedTech, regulated, or large global environments

Knowledge of SAP master data structures (Material, Customer, etc.)

Experience with analytics enablement, BI, or data governance frameworks

Personal attributes

Ownership-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity

Clear communicator who can translate complex technical topics into business language

Collaborative leader who builds trust across teams and regions

Calm under pressure, especially during migrations and go-lives
