About the Assignment
Accurate lead-time data is essential when supply chain decisions need to be fast, reliable, and scalable. In this assignment, you will join a project focused on master data management and help strengthen the quality, structure, and usability of business-critical data.
You will work closely with central data stakeholders and a distribution centre-focused team to improve how lead-time data is maintained, analyzed, and updated. The role combines hands-on data work with continuous improvement, where you help move from manual handling toward more efficient and scalable ways of working.

Job DescriptionYou will manage, maintain, and analyze master data with a focus on lead-time information.
You will review data quality, identify deviations, and drive improvements that increase accuracy and consistency.
You will perform manual updates when needed and help shape scalable approaches for larger and more efficient updates.
You will create templates and structures that support future automated updates.
You will turn analysis into insights and recommendations that support the business.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data practices and contribute to the project's goals.
RequirementsExperience in data modeling and data analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel.
Solid understanding of master data structures.
Basic understanding of supply chain planning.
Strong communication skills.
A structured way of working with strong attention to detail and deviations.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in Swedish.
Nice to haveExperience with SQL.
Experience with Power BI.
