Maskinoperatör x 2 (m/f/*)

Sommaskinoperatör på Värnamo-anläggningen i Sverige får du möjlighet att utforska din nyfikenhet och samarbeta med några av de mest innovativa och mångsidiga personerna runt om i världen.

Som maskinoperatör spelar du en nyckelroll i vår produktionsprocess. Du ansvarar för att ställa in utrustning, övervaka driften och säkerställa höga tillverkningsstandarder. Du arbetar som en del av ett team där säkerhet, kvalitet och kontinuerlig förbättring är centrala i det dagliga arbetet.

Här gör du skillnad genom att:

• Ställa in och köra produktionsmaskiner
• Övervaka maskinprestanda och produktionsprocesser
• Utföra maskininställningar vid produktionsstart och produktbyten
• Felsöka problem och utföra enklare underhåll
• Genomföra kvalitetskontroller på producerade artiklar
• Arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du bidrar positivt till teamets utveckling och samarbete

Din kompetens och erfarenhet

För att lyckas i rollen från dag ett söker 3M kandidater som uppfyller följande grundkrav:

• Flytande svenska, både i tal och skrift
• Erfarenhet av maskinoperatörsarbete eller produktion
• Starkt tekniskt intresse och god teknisk förståelse
• Noggrann, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad

Ytterligare kunskaper / meriterande kompetenser som kan hjälpa dig att lyckas ännu bättre:

• Erfarenhet av automatiserade maskiner, robotar eller avancerad produktionsteknik
• Traversutbildning
• Truckkort
• Kunskaper i engelska

• Placering: Värnamo-anläggningen
• Arbetstider - heltidsskift enligt nedan

Dagsskift = Måndag - Fredag 06:30-15:00
Kvällsskift = Måndag - Torsdag 15:00-00:30

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As aMachine Operatorfor theVarnamo Site inSwedenyou will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

As aMachine Operator, you play a key role in our production process. You will be responsible for setting up equipment, monitoring operations, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards. You will work as part of a team where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are essential to the daily workflow.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Set up and operate production machines
• Monitor machine performance and production processes
• Perform machine setup for production starts and product changes
• Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance
• Conduct quality control on produced items
• Work independently while contributing positively to team development and collaboration

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in machine operation or production work
• Strong technical interest and aptitude
• Thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with automated machinery, robots, or advanced production technology
• Overhead crane certification
• Forklift licence
• English language skills

Job specifics:

• Located at the Varnamo Site
• Working pattern - full time shifts as below

Day Shift = Monday - Friday 06:30 - 15:00

Evening Shift = Monday - Thursday 15:00 - 00:30
