MARKETING MANAGER - COMFORT HOTEL NORDICSDo you want to help shape tomorrow's hotel experience in the Nordics?

About the Role
As Marketing Manager for Comfort Hotel Nordics, you'll be responsible for driving and activating our Nordic marketing strategy - from direction to execution.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being both strategist and hands-on operator. You will be responsible for keeping Comfort Hotels channels alive, relevant and engaging, while working closely with an experienced specialist marketing organization in Strawberry.
You'll work closely with hotel teams across the Nordics, including frequent collaboration, hotel visits and travel to create content on-site and support the hotels in their local marketing needs.
What You'll Do
Create and execute Nordic marketing plans that drive both growth and brand strength- Be responsible for keeping our marketing channels active, relevant and engaging
- Produce and coordinate content - from storytelling to campaign assets
- Work insight- and data-driven, continuously optimizing performance
- Lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Own chain marketing budgets and collaborate closely with hotel teams and central specialists
- Support hotels with hands-on marketing needs, including local initiatives and materials
- Participate in meetings with the Comfort leader team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders
- Stay ahead of trends and competitors - and turn insights into action
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications or similar- 5+ years of experience within marketing (hospitality, travel or retail is a plus)
- Strong understanding of brand-building and digital marketing
- Experience with organic social media and paid campaign management
- A practical mindset - you take responsibility for execution, not just ideas
- Knowledge of paid media and video/content production is a plus
- Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, and confident in English
