Drive commercial growth and digital excellence across SEB's corporate market.

As Corporate Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving SEB's commercial performance within the corporate segment. You will own and lead the overall marketing and commercial strategy for corporate customers, with a strong focus on demand generation, digital growth and sales performance across SEB's digital ecosystem.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial responsibility and is key to ensuring SEB stays proactive, competitive and consistently delivers on ambitious growth and sales targets in the corporate market.

About the role

Own commercial performance

• Own and drive commercial and sales-related objectives for SEB's corporate market, with clear responsibility for target setting, follow-up and continuous optimisation
• Ensure transparency and structure in performance management across the full funnel - from awareness and demand generation to lead conversion and long-term customer relationships
• Identify opportunities, risks and gaps early, and act proactively to secure target fulfilment

Lead corporate marketing and sales strategy

• Define and drive the overarching marketing and sales strategy for corporate customers, aligned with SEB's business priorities and growth ambitions
• Ensure strong visibility, relevance and competitiveness across digital and physical touchpoints
• Balance long-term relationship building brand strength

Drive execution through leadership and collaboration

• Transform, lead and develop a high-performing organisation spanning corporate marketing, content, lead generation, performance optimisation, analytics and campaign execution
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, initiatives and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Products, Digital Channels, Sales Enablement and Customer Management to ensure aligned priorities and frictionless customer journeys across advisory and digital channels

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Extensive experience in B2B marketing management - especially digital, commercial leadership, preferably in a complex, customer-centric organisation
• Strong understanding of how digital channels contribute to sales performance and growth
• A can do attitude and a sense-of urgency mindset
• Proven ability to set ambitious goals, follow up results and drive continuous improvement
• Experience leading and developing teams, with a clear focus on performance and accountability. You lead by example and believe in a positive and action oriented leadership
• Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset, with the ability to act on insights and data
• The ability to stay ahead, anticipate market changes and act proactively
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries
