We are developing an innovative recruitment product. To support this initiative, we are seeking aMarketing Internwho is eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B, B2C and product marketing within the HR technology space.

Role Overview
As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the product and growth teams to help position our recruitment solution in the market. This role is well-suited for a student or recent graduate who is analytically minded, creative, and interested in how marketing drives product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market activities for a recruitment product in development
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and user insights
• Create and refine marketing content (website copy, product messaging, presentations, social media, email campaigns)
• Help execute digital marketing initiatives and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with product, sales, and recruitment stakeholders to align messaging
• Contribute ideas to improve brand positioning and customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or product marketing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with common productivity tools
