Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to production to ensure delivery reliability;
• Analyze and address deviations in products and equipment;
• Monitor and improve ergonomics in production;
• Drive process improvements and implement enhanced working methods;
• Identify, develop and plan preventive activities;
• Statistically monitor, measure, and analyze process quality;
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment;
• Maintain and update calibration and work instructions;
• Introduce change order processes and test series in production;
• Ensure quality information is disseminated to relevant managers;
• Participate in production and equipment reviews during the development process;
• Educate production personnel on equipment and methods;
• Analyze and resolve Defect Product Returns (DPRs);
• Support other departments with tests and investigations;
• Lead projects related to production equipment development.

Required profile:

Competence Requirements:

• Extensive expertise in electronics, complemented by broad competence in areas such as mechanics, optics, production technology, project management, or quality work;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google programs;
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English;
• Strong communication skills;
• Experience from CAD programs is an advantage.

Your Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Electronics
Job Location: Sweden - Danderyd (on-site)

Purpose: As a Manufacturing Engineer Electronics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production lines and technicians. You will be responsible for ESD management, component fault analysis and repair, and overseeing the test run process. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in our production of electro-optical measurement systems for surveying, construction, and civil engineering. Your extensive knowledge and experience within electronics will be crucial in this role.
