Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel develops, produces and delivers world-leading hydraulic drive systems and services under the Hägglunds brand. The company also serves as a global base for sales and service. Our customers operate in demanding industries such as recycling, mining, sugar, paper & pulp - sectors where performance and reliability are critical. Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel employs approximately 350 people and is part of the Bosch Group.

In this role, you will lead and develop a global service organization, including a local team of around 15 employees based in Mellansel. You will drive our aftermarket strategy and strengthen both sales and operational excellence to achieve ambitious and profitable growth. The ideal candidate brings extensive senior leadership experience from global service operations within the industrial sector, a deep understanding of customer needs, and proven success in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the global service organization, including regional centers and local teams
• Review, refine, and execute the global aftermarket strategy to drive profitable service growth
• Enhance operational excellence and elevate customer satisfaction worldwide
• Identify key markets and prioritize strategic initiatives to accelerate growth
• Influence and align central and local functions to secure a unified strategic direction
• Foster strong collaboration within Global & Local Management and build effective cross-functional partnerships

Kvalifikationer

To succeed and thrive in this position, we see that you must have:

• a university degree in relevant field
• professional experience in technology-based industry (10+ years)
• a strong technical interest and a solid technical understanding (knowledge of hydraulics is desirable).
• fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
• experience in customer-facing roles and in leading international teams or projects (meritorious)

Other Requirements

• This role requires a significant amount of travel, approximately 50-75 days per year.
• The position is located in Mellansel, just outside Örnsköldsvik.
• Experience from abroad will be preferable.
