Managers / Senior Managers to Finance Transformation – Management Consulting

Your Role

We are currently seeking new Managers and Senior Managers to lead within our expanding Finance Transformation practice in Stockholm and Gothenburg. You'll collaborate with Sweden's largest corporations and organizations to transform their finance functions and enhance financial performance. At KPMG Sweden, we are a team of about 200 driven Management Consultants with finance transformation at our core, we are rapidly growing to meet increasing business demands.
The position can be located at our office in Gothenburg or Stockholm.

Relevant transformation related experience and knowledge:

• Financial Controlling & Finance Operations: Experience in group management and SSC functions in listed companies, with deep process knowledge in Record to Report, Source to Pay and Order to Cash including relevant platforms e.g. SAP FICO and Financial Close & Consolidation Solutions.
• Business Controlling & Enterprise Performance Management: Experience working with group management and/or C-1 in listed companies, with deep process knowledge in Plan to Perform, manufacturing industry experience, and knowledge of EPM & FP&A platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage finance transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Provide strategic insights to improve client finance functions.
• Build strong client relationships and drive business development.
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in marketing activities.
• Stay informed on finance transformation trends and share knowledge.
• Identify new business opportunities and work with our key and growth accounts to drive sales and business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience as a management consultant.
• Strong business acumen and proven sales track record.

• Extensive Project management experience and the ability to lead finance transformations

• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
