Are you a procurement professional at Manager or Senior Manager level with at 5-10 years' experience looking for taking the next step in your career? KPMG is a global leader in the procurement space, and we are now looking for leaders' to our growing management consulting business in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
About us and the role
KPMG Management Consulting is growing and are now looking for experienced leaders with a strategic and analytical mindset committed to helping organizations improve in their business and value generation.
Many of our clients are currently undergoing major strategic changes, e.g. establishing new business models, taking the next step in their digitalization journey, reviewing the resilience of their business or transforming to become truly customer-oriented, and our role is to guide the client in operationalizing their strategic choices.
We support our clients in establishing professional and sustainable Procurement that exceeds the expectations from shareholders, management team, other departments and external bodies. This can involve;
We are working closely together with a broad range of domestic and international experts and we are using leading frameworks leveraging new technologies as well as our leading position in procurement, sustainability, risk and finance.
We are looking forleaders with extensive Project management experience and the ability to lead, plan and deliver procurement development projects. You might have worked at a management consulting firm before, addressed strategic client challenges, or you have hands-on managed similar challenges in another type of organization or position.
The positions are either based in Gothenburg or Stockholm.
To be successful in this role, we think that you have at least 5 - 10 years' experience within one or more of the areas below;
Our client portfolio includes leaders in several different industries, including both national and multinational companies. It is considered a qualification if you have experience from automotive, industrial manufacturing, consumer goods or retail companies.

- Operationalize procurement visions, ambitions and strategies
- Identify and mitigate supply / supplier risks
- Cost reduction and Category strategy development
- Develop new operating models and organization set-ups
- Develop and standardize Source-to-Pay processes
- End-to-end digitalization of procurement from strategy to implementation and value realization
- Improve supplier management including managing supplier risk and sustainability
- Improve purchasing reporting and forecasting
