      Your role & influence as Manager-Integration & Support Applications

      Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for leading and managing a team of application specialists, solution architects, integration developers and subject area experts to ensure that HR, Finance, Technology, and Product applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs while fostering collaboration across departments and driving innovation to support Dustin's strategic goals.

      Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of the implementation of new systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality while working closely with the respective departments to align technology with business needs.

      Core activities :

    • Lead and mentor a team of 11 talented individuals in the roles of application specialists, solution architects, integration developers and subject area specialists.


    • Create and optimize efficient processes within the team.


    • Drive key initiatives to enhance application integration and support across HR, Finance, Product and Technology.

            This is what we imagine you bring

            We envision you as a curious and driven individual with around 5 years of experience leading developers and a solid technical background, skilled in leadership, collaboration, communication, decision-making, stakeholder management, and can can clearly explain the rationale behind decisions to the team.

            Additionally, it's important that you bring:

            • Bachelor's degree within IT, with solid experience leading integration development projects and working with finance systems.
            • A proven leader who enjoys cooperation, guiding others, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
            • Ability to identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies to enhance business processes.
            • A structured, adaptable mindset with a focus on maximizing business benefits and making confident decisions.
