Som verktygsmekaniker på vår produktionsanläggning i Värnamo, Sverige får du möjlighet att utforska din nyfikenhet och samarbeta med några av de mest innovativa och mångsidiga personerna runt om i världen.
Som verktygsmekaniker blir du en del av ett engagerat team som är stolta över att upprätthålla hög arbetsmoral och säkerställa att våra formverktyg hålls i utmärkt skick och är säkra för våra medarbetare att använda.
Här gör du skillnad genom att:
• Utföra förebyggande, korrigerande och akuta åtgärder på vår produktionsutrustning
• Reparera verktyg och genomföra rotorsaksanalyser
• Tillverka reservdelar
• Delta i EHS-aktiviteter
• Aktivt medverka i det dagliga arbetet, särskilt tier-processen
Din kompetens och erfarenhet
För att lyckas i rollen från dag ett söker 3M kandidater som uppfyller följande minimikrav:
• Ingenjörsutbildning eller omfattande relevant yrkeserfarenhet
• Kunskap inom pneumatik och hydraulik
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med verkstadsmaskiner såsom fräsar, svarvar och liknande utrustning
• Självdriven och förmåga att arbeta effektivt både självständigt och i team
• Noggrann med stark analytisk förmåga
• God problemlösningsförmåga
• Bekväm med att arbeta i datorbaserade system
• Erfarenhet av att tolka och analysera tekniska ritningar
• Goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska

• Placeringsort: Värnamo, Sverige
• Arbetstid: Heltid - Mån-Tors 07:00-16:00, Fre 07:00-14:30

- Perform preventive, corrective and emergency actions on our production equipment
- Repair tools and make root cause analysis
- Manufacture spare parts
- Participating in EHS activities
- Actively participating in the day-to-day operations specifically tier process
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
- Holds an engineering qualification or has significant proven relevant professional experience
- Possesses knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Experienced in operating workshop machinery such as milling machines, lathes, and similar equipment
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with computer-based systems
- Experienced in interpreting and analyzing technical blueprints
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required
Job specifics:
- Location - Varnamo, Sweden
- Working pattern - full-time - Mon - Thurs 0700-1600 Fri - 0700-1430
