About Our Operations in Staffanstorp

Our new facility in Staffanstorp is a manufacturing company within thefood industry, primarily producing food products based on vegetable oils suchas margarine, mayonnaise, and dressings for further sales to industrial andfoodservice customers. We collaborate with several of the largest players inthe Foodservice sector, both locally and internationally. About the Position

We are looking for a Warehouse/Logistics Manager to lead and develop ourwarehouse operations within AAK Foodservice Continental Europe. You will be basedin Staffanstorp. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring efficient,safe, and high-quality warehouse and logistics flows - from goods reception tooutbound deliveries - while driving continuous improvement and supporting ourbusiness goals.

Your responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of sixemployees working in shifts, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound deliveries,optimizing warehouse layout and workflows, and maintaining accurate inventoryand reporting in ERP systems such as SAP. You will work actively with safetyand work environment, collaborate closely with production, logistics, andsupply chain, and contribute to process improvements.

You will have broad collaboration both internally and externally,including contact with other AAK units, suppliers, and partners. This is apermanent position, and you will report to our Supply Chain Manager.

Who Are You?

You have several years of experience in warehouse and logisticsoperations, including leadership responsibilities. You have a strongunderstanding of logistics flows and warehouse management, experience managingshift work and personnel, and solid system skills, preferably with SAP and WMS.A relevant education such as a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chainmanagement, business administration, or equivalent is highly valued.Certifications like CPIM, CSCP, CLTD or Lean Six Sigma are considered a plus.Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

You are responsible, structured, and meticulous. You are proactive andthrive in a dynamic environment. You have strong collaboration skills and arecommunicative - able to lead, motivate, and develop your team. You arecomfortable with complexity and have an eye for structure and continuousimprovement.
