The Opportunity:

Logistic Coordinator

Location:Mölndal, Sweden

Contract:Full-time, Temporary (12 months)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-mindedLogistic Coordinatorto ensure a smooth, uninterrupted supply chain for our laboratory operations. In this role, you will manage consumables, coordinate deliveries, optimize Point-of-Use (PoU) stock levels, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong stockroom and coordination experience who thrives in a structured, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consumables & Procurement: Evaluate needs and place order requisitions via the Inventory system to secure an uninterrupted supply chain
• Delivery Follow-up & Reclamations: Track deliveries and handle claims in collaboration with the internal Buying team.
• Reporting: Manage and maintain relevant reports
• PoU Optimization: Regularly evaluate PoU metrics and take actions with the Lab Manager and PoU contact to maintain an optimized selection of consumables
• Receiving & Administration: Receive deliveries physically and within the administration tool
• Master Stockroom Operations: Place and pick products from shelves; ensure orderliness and accuracy
• Last-Mile Delivery: Bring products to customers' delivery points on site
• PoU Setup & Management: Set up new PoUs and manage existing PoUs
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist customers with ad hoc requisitions.
• Documentation: Write and update working instructions as needed
• Compliance: Comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements as defined in working instructions and SOPs, and through training

Qualifications

• High school degree
• Relevant Storage & Logistics experience
• Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with inventory systems
