About this opportunity
This role is as Legal Trainee within the Swedish/FinnishCIBLegal Team consisting of three lawyers, headed by the Head of Legal Sweden and Finland and located onBlasieholmenin Stockholm.
The Swedish legal team provides legal advice to the various business lines within CIB in Sweden and Finland. The team also assists BNP ParibasGroupbusiness globally with transactions and legal issues relating to the Swedish and Finnish markets. Consequently, this role will be working closely with the Nordic legal team as well as colleagues in BNP ParibasGroupoffices across the globe.
Main scope of the role
This role will beassistingthe Swedish legal team in their daily work
What you will do
Assistingwith review/draftingof legal documentation; Assistingwithanswering of general legal questions both from local business and from the rest of the BNPP Group; and Regulatory Watch tracking and reviewing updated/new regulations applicable torelevant entities(from time to time)withinthe BNPP Group.

- Have an alreadyestablishedinterest for financial markets/banking/corporate law;
