In this Legal Specialist role, you'll deliver timely, expert support and use modern legal tech and automation to streamline negotiations and manage legal risk.
What will you do?
As a member of the Nordic Legal team, you will be responsible for supporting the Swedish and Nordic business of Enento Companies. You will work directly with the Group Corporate Counsel.
Your key responsibilities/work tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Draft, translate, and manage correspondence, legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other legal documents as required.
- Assist key account managers and the Group Corporate Counsel in contract negotiations.
- Conduct legal research to support the legal team in preparing accurate reports, legal advice, case files, and other legal documents.
- Manage the case management system to ensure proper documentation and tracking of legal matters.
- Use automated tools and processes to manage negotiations and legal risks.
Who are you
To thrive as a Legal Specialist, you'll bring a master's degree in law and a few years' experience as a lawyer, along with solid expertise in areas like GDPR, contracting, and the Credit Information Act.
We value personal qualities highly and are looking for someone with attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, professional integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
For this role, we require full professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
