About this opportunityDo you want to play a key role in accelerating the digital transformation of a global legal function? As Legal Operations Specialist - Digital Transformation & AI Enablement, you will be at the centre of Getinge's journey to modernise how Legal works-introducing smarter processes, implementing innovative technologies, and enabling the use of AI across the team.

This position can be performed fully remote within the European time zone, and you also have the flexibility to work from any of our local offices if that is your preference.

In this role, you will help shape the future of our legal function by creating efficient, data-driven and user-friendly solutions that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with a cross-functional and global team, working closely with colleagues across Legal, IT, and the business to deploy tools and practices that enhance the way legal services are delivered. What you will doAs a Legal Operations Specialist - Digital Transformation & AI Enablement, you'll work closely with the VP, Head of Digital Law, IP & Legal Operations, and partner daily with the Director Legal Operations. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of digital tools, legal tech systems and operational best practices. Acting as a bridge between legal needs, business expectations and technical possibilities, you will turn ideas into tangible improvements that increase efficiency, quality and insights.

Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing and optimizing legal tech solutions, including legal intake, matter management and AI-powered contract lifecycle management
• Designing and improving workflows and processes, using tools like Power Automate to enhance efficiency
• Using data and analytics (e.g., Power BI) to deliver insights, dashboards and trends that support strategic decisions
• Leading and coordinating digital transformation and legal operations projects across legal, business and IT
• Driving AI enablement by identifying relevant use cases and supporting adoption across the legal function

You will bring

We believe you have a passion for digital transformation, legal technology and continuous improvement-combined with the ability to translate ideas into practical, scalable solutions. You are curious, collaborative and motivated by the opportunity to modernize how a global legal function operates through technology, data and AI.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:
• Experience working with digital and analytical tools-especially the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and AI solutions relevant to legal operations
• A strong understanding of legal tech systems such as matter management and contract lifecycle management, and how they support efficient legal processes
• Demonstrated project management skills in complex or global environments, with familiarity in agile ways of working and change management principles
• Solid analytical capabilities, including the ability to build dashboards, interpret data and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international setting
