As aData Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering measurable customer value by collaborating with global stakeholders to frame business problems, define success metrics and ship impactful solutions. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of ML/AI products - from design and build to deployment, operation and continuous improvement. You will ensure that our models remain robust and relevant by monitoring for drift and proactively partnering with the business to optimize pipelines. Your work will be guided by the highest standards of security, governance and regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to frame business problems and define success metrics
• Design, build, deploy and operate ML/AI products with robust CI/CD and monitoring
• Supervise models for drift and partner with business teams to optimize pipelines
• Develop solutions with security, governance and regulatory compliance in mind
• Apply advanced statistics, machine learning and experimental design to real-world challenges
• Build and refine classification, anomaly detection and reinforcement learning models for risk and fraud
• Use NLP techniques to analyze text, extract insights and flag inconsistencies
• Design, implement and deploy Generative AI solutions such as LLMs for text generation, summarization and classification
• Ensure model transparency and compliance through explainable AI (XAI) and interpretability
• Uphold software engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, reproducibility, infra-as-code and documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in applied data science, machine learning and AI
• Strong background in statistics, experimental design and production ML patterns
• Hands-on expertise with classification, anomaly detection and reinforcement learning
• Experience in NLP for text analysis and insight extraction
• Experience with Generative AI models including LLMs for text generation, summarization and classification
• Knowledge of explainable AI (XAI) and model interpretability for compliance
• Demonstrated ability in anomaly detection and dynamic risk modeling
• Proficiency with Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL and Git
• Strong MLOps skills especially with Azure Pipelines and Databricks Jobs
• Experience with cloud architecture, model packaging and observability
• Commitment to high-quality code and software engineering best practices
