Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer

What you will work on

Lead UX design for products being rolled out across multiple countries

Create and maintain user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

Translate business and user requirements into clear design solutions

Facilitate workshops and design discussions with cross-functional teams

Ensure consistency and usability across platforms and markets

Support development teams with UX specifications and design guidance

Contribute to continuous improvement of UX methods and design processes

What you bring

Several years of experience as a Senior UX Designer working with strategic UX

Proven experience with international rollouts or global product launches

Strong skills in visualizing concepts through flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Ability to work closely with product, business, and technical stakeholders

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly

Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Experience with mobile app UX and app design is an advantage
