We are looking for experienced senior developers. This role is not about delivering code or features, but about delivering customer value. Whether you work on UI, APIs, infrastructure, or databases, your primary responsibility is to understand what matters most to customers and collaborate with the team to deliver it.

We work in small iterations, deploy to production daily, and expect every engineer to take ownership from idea to production. We use Test-Driven Development (TDD) as a core design approach, including unit and end-to-end tests with test containers to replicate production. CI/CD is a strict contract-builds must always be trusted and production-ready.

Deliverables

• Build and maintain full-stack systems (UI, APIs, backend, infrastructure)
• Translate customer needs into solutions without waiting for full specifications
• Own features end-to-end from idea to production
• Apply TDD across design, development, and system architecture
• Deliver safe daily releases through reliable CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to maximize customer impact
• Improve system reliability, performance, and developer experience

Requirements

• 7+ years software development experience
• Experience in at least 3 programming languages
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Proven customer-driven / product-focused mindset
• Strong practical experience with TDD
• Experience with infrastructure as code
• Strong collaboration in agile, fast-moving environments

Good to haves

• React Native experience
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience
• CI/CD pipeline ownership
• Experience with test containers and E2E testing
• Experience in high-frequency deployment environments
• Platform engineering or developer tooling background
• Distributed systems experience
