Connecting Jobs, run by the non-profit organisation Beredskapslyftet, helps newcomers enter the Swedish job market while giving companies access to new talent.Vietsmak AB is a sustainable, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant offering traditional and modern Vietnamese dishes with a strong focus on quality and care. We are expanding and will soon open a new location in Bromma on December 5th. We are now looking for motivated team members who want to join our growing business.

Position:
Restaurant Assistant
Start Date:
As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Handle the cash register and take customer orders
- Prepare and deliver food to customers
- Take responsibility for basic alcohol service
- Assist kitchen staff with preparations
- Check food quality and presentation before serving
- Dishwashing, cleaning, and other general duties as needed
Requirements:
- You must be eligible for Nystartsjobb through the Swedish Public Employment Service
- Basic understanding of Swedish (able to follow simple instructions)
- Basic understanding of English
- Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen work is an advantage, but we also welcome fast-learning and responsible candidates with no prior experience.
Merits (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in restaurant, café, or kitchen work
- Experience in customer service or cash handling is an advantage
- Additional language skills are a plus - knowledge of Vietnamese is particularly valued
