My name is Jens Österberg, and I am the hiring manager for this role. As a leader, I am engaged, encouraging and development-focused, while also setting clear expectations and driving results together with the team.

Your role & influence as Key Account Manager

Responsibility :You will be given responsibility for developing and owning enterprise customer relationships, helping customers evolve their IT operations by making complex decisions simple through tailored solutions from Dustin's full portfolio.

Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of your customers and your business results; you'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with our product and service specialists as well as pre-sales and advanced sales teams to deliver the best possible solutions for each customer.

Core activities:

  • Plan, develop and execute strategic customer plans for enterprise clients, owning the full sales process from first contact to long-term partnership.

  • Drive sales of hardware, licenses and services by identifying customer needs and matching them with tailored Dustin solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing customer care, follow-ups and close collaboration with internal specialists.

Additionally, it's important that:

  • You have multiple years experience in sales, preferably solution-oriented sales within IT or technology.

  • You are comfortable managing multiple sales processes in parallel and prioritising effectively.

  • You can balance hardware, license and services sales to create long-term customer value.

  • You work in a structured and strategic way with customer planning and relationship management.
