We're looking for a drivenKey Account Managerto join our Consumer Adhesives team in the Nordics. In this role, you'll work with leading brands Loctite, Pattex and Pritt that help people bring their ideas to life, while building strong partnerships and driving growth with our key customers. What you'll do
  • Manage the P&L to deliver sales and profit targets through your customer portfolio, creating annual commercial account plans for each customer, managing trade investment funds within company, brand guidelines and negotiating with customers.
  • Drive profitable growth by managing account-specific product ranges, store distribution, pricing, promotions, and brand activation plans.
  • Analyse market, consumer, category, competitor, financial and operational factors to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring improved commercial results.
  • Evaluate trade investment and promotional activity to achieve financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers and internal teams through effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure fulfilment of Henkel's commercial, operational, and service-level commitments in line with company policies and standards.
  • Identify new customer business opportunities, opening new accounts with new customers to expand Henkel's footprint.
  • Produce accurate monthly financial forecasts for your accounts.


What makes you a good fit
  • Dynamic Key Account Manager with at least 3 years of proven success in sales, ideally within Retail or DIY sectors.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
  • Degree educated (BBA or equivalent), providing a solid academic foundation for business and strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Key Account Management and negotiation, with a proven track record of managing national accounts.
  • Fully experienced in P&L management and financial accountability.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in Finnish or Danish is a plus.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of marketing, category management, and supply chain.
