Why This Role Matters

As aKey Account Manager - Retail, Fleet & E-Commerce | Sweden Market, you will represent Goodyear in all interactions with our largest retail and wholesale customers in Sweden. You will nurture meaningful partnerships, support customers in growing their business, and strengthen the visibility of Goodyear's premium products across the Swedish market. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking, relationship-building, and collaborative teamwork to help shape a customer experience aligned with our "Connected Business Model," driving shared success for both Goodyear and our partners.

What You'll Do
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key retail and wholesale customers across Sweden.
  • Own full account management responsibilities, from setting business targets to negotiation and promotional planning.
  • Develop and follow annual account plans, monitor milestones, and support delivery of agreed sales results by channel.
  • Bring creative, thoughtful solutions that help optimize customer performance and strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead category management activities and maintain a deep understanding of local market needs and trends.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, coordinated execution in the market.


What You'll Bring
  • 5-10 years of sales experience with a proven record of developing large customers in both net sales and profit.
  • Experience in Key Account Management and comfort working across functions and teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with both strategic and tactical customer plans.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong communication in Swedish and English.
  • Solid business education and understanding of key economic concepts.
  • Confident use of CRM tools and digital systems, plus a valid driving license.
