As Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in building a new business unit from the ground up. Your main focus will be driving sales for our foodtech innovation aimed at reducing sugar in baked goods, primarily targeting bakeries and distributors. You will generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and establish strong partnerships. In parallel, you will also contribute to our existing portfolio of medical foods, food supplements, and feed ingredients. You will join a small, entrepreneurial team with global ambitions and report directly to the CEO. The position is based at Lantmännen's headquarters in Stockholm.
Kvalifikationer
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Relevant post-secondary education.
- Experience in structured and successful sales. working as a KAM business to business.
- A strong interest in bakery and foodtech and innovation within the food industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
It is also meriting if you have:
- Experience from structured and systematic sales internationally.
- Experience from the bakery industry.
- Language skills in a third language.
You are:
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to drive sales.
- Curious and innovative - you enjoy exploring new solutions and making them happen.
- Skilled at building relationships and collaborating effectively, both internally and externally.
