As Key Account Manager - Enterprise Portfolio at GlobalConnect, you will step into a role that is essential in transforming our B2B sales organization across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. This is not just another sales job; it's an opportunity to become a frontrunner on how to influence the way GlobalConnect approaches our clients and sell our best-in-class solutions, embracing a Challenger Sales mindset to redefine how we approach our clients and markets.
You will target upper mid-market to enterprise clients, working with some of the most recognized brands in the Nordics. Your days will be filled with discovering new opportunities, building relationships with C-suite and technical leaders, and presenting innovative network solutions that enhance our clients' businesses. You'll be the bridge between our advanced services and the customers who need them the most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our enterprise portfolio consisting of some of the biggest companies in the Nordics.
- Engage with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering them tailored network and (cyber) security solutions utilizing the Challenger Sales approach to guide clients towards solutions that promote growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to follow up on leads and develop new ones, ensuring a full sales pipeline.
- Act as a mentor and inspiration within the sales team, sharing your knowledge and helping to shape our new sales culture.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Proven experience in B2B Enterprise complex solution sales, ideally from IT, Telco or similar that has made you acquainted with network and connectivity sales, and if you have experience selling SD-WAN solutions, it is definitely an advantage.
- A proactive mentality, with enthusiasm for discovering new opportunities and building solid client relationships with great Challenger Sales methodology and mindset.
- Experience engaging with C-suite and technical decision-makers, with the ability to become a trusted advisor.
- A solid commercial mindset with the ability to analyze and lead complex sales discussions with senior leadership from the client.
