What you can do with us:

  • As a (Junior) Sales Manager (f/m/d) you are responsible for contributing to the overall sales goals of the team through your own sales.
  • Identify, approach, acquire and develop potential B2B partners with the aim of building long-term and solid business relationships.
  • Proactively support the development and evolution of the business model by conducting market and trend analysis.
  • You'll work closely with our Swedish Managing Director and be at the forefront of PAIR Finance Sweden AB.
  • Preparation and delivery of pitches and presentations to clients.
  • Representation of PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions and other events.


What you should bring for it:

  • First relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the technology sector (particularly FinTech, InsureTech, Debt Collection or LegalTech)
  • Ability to drive sales growth and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced environment
  • Posses a technical affinity that will help you explain our technology-based service to our potential clients
  • Very good MS Office skills and a passion to work with technology such as AI
  • Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Swedish and in English
